About Mercedes GLC300

Coupé roofline, 4MATIC and the stronger version of the four-cylinder engine — and, on the used market, the sharpest depreciation curve of any Mercedes SUV sold here. That last point is the one worth knowing before you order a new one. The generation dates from 2022, when the GLC moved onto the current C-Class underpinnings.

How much does the Mercedes GLC 300 cost in the UAE?

The 4MATIC Coupé costs AED 371,599, and it is the only 2026 version of this car. It sits above the GLC 200 coupé and below the AMG cars, and the step buys the higher engine output rather than a longer equipment list. Options — wheels, interior packages, driver assistance — move the invoice further than the model badge does.

Mercedes GLC 300 or Audi Q5?

The GLC 300 is the more desirable object and the better-finished one, and in coupé form there is nothing else in the class that looks like it. The Audi Q5 is the more practical and more sensibly priced car; the BMW X3 is the one to have if you actually enjoy driving. On resale, both rivals treat their owners better.

What does a GLC 300 cost to run in the UAE?

Predictable rather than cheap. It is the same engine family and gearbox as the GLC 200, so servicing intervals and parts are shared, and the authorised Dubai network sets the rate. Where this version costs more is rubber: it leaves the showroom on larger wheels, and coupé bodywork panels are not inexpensive to repair after a car park incident.

Does the GLC 300 hold its value, and what should you watch for as it ages?

It retains about 26% of its value after five years, against the 44% average for the mid-size premium SUV segment and for Mercedes as a brand here — a strong reason to buy this generation used rather than new. Too early to tell much from distance covered: the cars CarSwitch sees have a median of around 96,000 km and are still well within their working life. Buy on condition and history, not on kilometres.

On this model more than any other in the range, price a used example against a new one before ordering — the rest of the GLC range does not depreciate like this.
